Model United Nations (MUN) is an academic simulation that aims to educate the participants about current events, effective communication, globalization and multilateral diplomacy.
Students take on the roles as diplomats, investigate international issues, debate,deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions to world problems and participate in a simulated session.
OIS encourages students to participate and exhibit excellent skills and in-depth understanding of the key issues concerning the world.
Many of the OIS participants have received accolades for their clarity and thorough presentations of knowledge through public speaking skills.
