For Walk-in:
Post counselling & School tour, the Parent needs to fill up an Application form and the student needs to go through an interaction session
Conditional admission: For Non - Resident of Visakhapatnam.
An Enquiry can be made through phone or e-mail by the parent.
An Online Application is sent to the parent, which the child needs to fill in hand.
The filled Application should be sent to admissions@oakridge.in and the hard copy of Application should be couriered to the school along with the following mandatory documents
• Application & Registration fee
• Copy of birth certificate or pass port
• Copies of three academic records & current year work samples
• Recommendation letter from current class teacher
• 6 passport size color photographs of the child
• One photo each of the parents
• Immunization record
After receiving the courier, an original application is attached to the couriered application form & a receipt for application & registration is generated. Then the junior school & senior school forms are separated & sent to the concerned heads for their comments.
Then the conditional result is emailed to the Parent along with the fee particulars (the favoring cheque details) & due date. The parent is informed about the child taking an aptitude test on his arrival to the campus.
As being conditional admission, one time activity fee is to be paid in Indian Rupees through wire transfer.
If a parent has made a wire transfer he/she has to attach a soft copy of the bank remittance form along with the child`s details & mail it to admissions office.
As soon as the accounts department confirms the receipt of the payment, an admission number & house is allotted to the child & same is emailed to the parent for further communication.
