Oakridge believes in CAPS (Capabilities, Academics, Personality and Skills). In order of increasing priority, skills development is on the top priority. To achieve this staff of Oakridge have trained into identify the capabilities, allow students to match the capabilities of others, make strategies to enhance their own capabilities and find own ways and means to improve their performance.
Inter-house competitions play a crucial role in improving the self-confidence of student. Boarders will participate in all the competitions along with school children and there are set of competitions exclusively for the boarders.
