The school children are divided in to 4 Houses – Amartya Sen House, Mother Teresa House, Rabindranath Tagore House and C.V. Raman House. These Nobel laureates on whose names the Houses have been formed, inspire the children to excel in fields of their service.
Each House has a Motto, a Colour, a Flag and an agenda of action service. The House Master in command with House Captains, Prefects, Guide and train the children in team work camaraderie and comradeship. The children find grate relationships with groups of students and they join a group that has hobbies similar to theirs and these relationship form a bond that united them together, to make them think beyond friendship and to form allegiances that will rejuvenate the spirit.
Team Building Exercises help children get to know one another better, add some fun help children identify different work styles and communication styles. The school prefect council helps in a number of areas like wastage of food, conduct of assembly, dispersal, break time moments, community work, celebration of festivals and organizing practice sessions for events.
