One notable future of the house system is the nomination and election or appointment of house captain whose job is to run the entire house with house masters assigned to the house, serving only as mentors.
Each house is presided over by a master, a senior faculty member responsible for guiding, social life and community of the house while the house master supervises the day to-day academic and disciplinary well being of students within the house. The house master is assisted by tutor & matron who help the boarders groom themselves well.
