The
School provides a kaleidoscope of features and amenities,
some of which are already being provided. However, construction
on the new campus is progressing in a phased manner
and all activities would be ready within the next two
years.
Multi-facility Classrooms
Computers, Internet connection, Intranet and facilities
for using LCD projector, etc, feature in all classrooms,
each of which is air-conditioned, has specially designed
furniture and unique seating arrangements with the number
of students restricted to only 25.

3 basic types are provided - the Infotech Centre; the
Language labs; Labs for Physics, Chemistry and Life
Sciences; as also an Environment Sciences lab to enable
children to construct knowledge independently in every
subject.

Not just for fun but also to encourage competitive sports.
Auditorium
and Open-air Amphitheatre
Two fully equipped places for students to demonstrate
their talent. Competitions will be held and students
will put up shows here. In addition, renowned troupes
would be invited to perform here.
Music
and Art Rooms
Teachers proficient in various genres of music, along
with an assortment of instruments, as well as facilities
for various arts and crafts, will enable children to
discover their talent here.
Infirmary
The school has fully equiped infirmary manned by a full
time Doctor and a nurse, for health related emergencies.
On standby is Oakridge's own ambulance.
Games
Field and 200 mt. Athletics Track
Here, students will take part in a variety of games
and sports at the competitive level, at both the inter-school
and inter-house levels.
Volleyball.
Basketball. Tennis Courts
Students will develop their sports skills under well-qualified
coaches here.
Clinical
Psychology Unit
Oakridge also has a clinical psychologist and remedial
teachers for children with a learning handicap. This
unit also aids gifted learners by designing specially
challenging tasks and study material for them.
A Cool Ride
The Oakridge bus is air-conditioned and has on-board
security personnel with wireless equipment to ensure
children's safety. A first-aid box is also kept handy.
A colour TV and DVD/CD make the comfortable ride more
pleasurable with a heathy combination of education and
entertainment.
Dining
Hall:
Nutritious vegetarian meals that are prepared most hygienically
are served in the Dining Hall. Mineral water is made
available to all students so they do not have to bring
drinking water from home.
We
now have a tawa and tandoor to prepare hot chappatis
and rotis in our own kitchen.
Learning
Resource Centre:
A huge library with a wide variety of books, magazines,
periodicals, CD-ROMs, VCDs, DVDs, LCDs, computer work
stations, printer and photocopier to facilitate acquisition
of knowledge.
Toy Library:
A virtual wonderland of toys for tiny tots.
